Ah, trouble with your pipes? Yep, I’ve had them too lately, so it seems fitting that I would be reviewing Down the Drain, the directorial debut of gay porn’s dirty boy Rod Barry. In his honor, I’m enjoying this dirty little video with a very dirty vodka martini.

We waste no time getting to it in this flick with super-cute Kevin Brown calling up the All Worlds Plumbing office because he’s got a problem with his pool. Answering the phone at the office? Veronica Corvette, who is fabulous if for no other reason than the fact that she answers the phone with a Southern drawl saying, “All Worlds Plumbing, we clean your pipes once and for all!”

I will be drinking to her all night long, I believe.

Help is on the way, and Latin hottie Antonio Madeira is on the scene. Kevin complains that he’s always calling about the pool pump and that Antonio better get it right this time. Between you and me, Antonio can come and check my pump anytime. Kevin just pushes him in the pool, and the two splash around, kiss, make out and – you guessed it – Kevin fucks the pool boy, because isn’t that required by law in a porno? I mean, if a pool boy shows up he’s gonna get fucked, right? Maybe I’ve been watching this smut too long.

Sergio Anthony has got some problems with his toilet. That happens to me every time I flush condoms down mine, too. So Veronica dispatches muscle daddy Doug Jeffries and sexy Jason Tiya to see if they can fix the problem. The thing is, there’s nothing wrong with Sergio’s toilet, so Doug decides to fuck him – and he is one bossy fucker. He just takes charge and then shoves Sergio’s head in the toilet, giving him a swirly while he’s fucking him! I totally wouldn’t let my plumber do that to me. Then again, my plumber doesn’t look like Doug Jeffries, either. So Jason joins in on the fun and he gets to fuck Doug, who is a loud little bottom when he’s getting drilled.

Another man in distress calls Veronica for some help with his dishwasher. Nick Capra is dispatched to see what the problem is. Turns out someone has been washing his dildos in the dishwasher. (I think that might void the manufactures warranty on that model of the Whirlpool Elite Dishwasher. Just saying.) So Nick shows Troy the proper way to clean those dildos (with his mouth), then he fucks him with them and then gives him the real thing for good measure. That’ll teach him.

Veronica Corvette displays her versatility as an actress, not only playing the Southern belle receptionist but also the desperate housewife. This housewife has seen all the hot plumbers coming and going, so she decides to call All Worlds to clean her pipes. But when she doesn’t get one of the hot hunks, instead getting someone who actually knows what he’s doing, she turns him away at the door and asks for a younger model. What does she think this is, an escort agency?

So Mason Wyler shows up, and while I’m sure the first guy was quite good at snaking the pipes, Mason definitely has an edge on him in the looks department (blond, smooth, muscles). I think he might be my new favorite. Anyway, the housewife leads Mason to the basement, but when she lets him go down the stairs, the door locks behind him and she’s outta luck. And what does Mason find in the basement? Blond bottom boy Park Wylie in a sling and super stud Kyle Lewis. How did this bitch pull that off? I never find Kyle and Park in my basement.

Mason ends up in a hot three-way and, as my friend Douglas NewAmsterdam commented to me after he watched this scene: “He looked like he hated every minute of it. It was hot!”

So Rod Barry is no longer a virgin… when it comes to directing, at least. For a first-timer he’s done an incredible job of assembling a hot cast. And from their very vocal performances, you can tell Rod was calling the shots behind the camera. With some amazingly intense sex scenes that get dirty without making you feel like you need a bottle of Purell hand sanitizer, what more could you ask for in a porno?
